It is difficult to find words to capture all that is special about Tolland CrossFit. Coach Trey and Coach DJ are top notch, teaching proper technique and scaling workouts to each person’s ability. The workouts are so varied and I am surrounded by people who make it fun. I honestly love this gym so much. I truly feel like I found my new home. The coaching is incredible and the people are amazing! I was nervous to switch gyms but with this gym being so much closer to home I had to give it a try. I love that you warm up as a group and you get that one on one attention even in a group of 10 or more. No matter what your skill level is you always are sure to get the attention you need to ensure you can do the workout to the best of your ability. I feel so optimistic about reaching my goals and I can’t wait to see what 2018 has in store for me!
