Tolland CrossFit has truly changed my life. It took me 4 years to get the courage to step foot into a box after wanting to start CrossFit and I am beyond thankful that it was this one. Coach Trey & Coach DJ take the time to invest in every one of their members which has made our community like my second family. I feel like I have become not only a better athlete but a better person since joining TCFit and look forward to continuing my CrossFit journey for the rest of my life.
