Simply put, Tolland CrossFit’s mission is to help you, “Change Your Life With Us.” After spending time in our facility and with our team we want our members to walk out of our doors after a workout and feel like they are better version of themselves. It isn’t the scientific sum of calories, workouts and weight that keeps our members returning. It is not the cutting edge equipment and technology. It is the people that count. Our team cares about guiding and encouraging each and every member to obtain the goals they seek for themselves. Our members’ goals are specific and if we can assist in that journey to realizing their aspirations then we have truly helped them change their life.

I honestly love this gym so much. I truly feel like I found my new home. The coaching is incredible and the people are amazing! I was nervous to switch gyms but with this gym being so much closer to home I had to give it a try. I love that you warm up as a group and you get that one on one attention even in a group of 10 or more. No matter what your skill level is you always are sure to get the attention you need to ensure you can do the workout to the best of your ability. I feel so optimistic about reaching my goals and I can’t wait to see what 2018 has in store for me!
