Free Fitness Assessment

Book a Free Fitness Assessment at Tolland CrossFit. We will give you a tour, answer any questions you may have, talk about your health and fitness goals and we will give you some free advice on how best to achieve those goals.

What to Expect

After a quick tour of the facility we will sit down to answer some common questions you might have about how we train at Tolland CrossFit. Some common questions might be:

  • What is CrossFit?
  • What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?
  • What kind of results can I expect?
  • How often should I come?
  • Do I have to stop eating donuts?

We then move onto a basic fitness assessment, run you through a few drills, see how you move and get a baseline so we can determine the best next steps custom to you.
Expect to spend about 30 mins to an hour at our gym. It’s a great way for you to see if Tolland CrossFit is a good fit for you.

Prerequisites

Nothing, this is your starting point whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym.

It is difficult to find words to capture all that is special about Tolland CrossFit. Coach Trey and Coach DJ are top notch, teaching proper technique and scaling workouts to each person’s ability. The workouts are so varied and I am surrounded by people who make it fun.
